Molinos del Tiempo: Wine, Water and Cereals with Rural Identity

The Molinos del Tiempo: Wine, Water and Cereals with Rural Identity festival takes place in Agulo during the last weekend of October, offering a journey through the rich rural heritage of La Gomera. This event pays tribute to the agricultural history of the locality, highlighting the winemaking tradition and the native flavors that are part of its gastronomic legacy.

The program begins on the 30th at Casa Azul with a lecture on agricultural history, followed by a visit to Bodega Piedra Gorda, where a gofio nougat workshop and a wine tasting accompanied by live music will take place. On the 31st, attendees will explore the ancient threshing floors and watermills, discovering their significance in the rural economy, culminating in a wine tasting in a traditional setting that combines local culture with a festive atmosphere.
