Gran Canaria Philharmonic Orchestra

The International Festival of the Canary Islands presents a distinguished concert featuring the Gran Canaria Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Karel Mark Chichon. On this occasion, pianist Isaac Martínez Mederos will join the orchestra to perform a repertoire that includes Joaquín Turina's "La Oración del Torero" and "Rapsodia Sinfónica," as well as P. I. Tchaikovsky's "Serenade for Strings." Additionally, a commissioned work by composer C. Díaz Pestano will be presented, making this event one of the festival's highlights.
