Tasting of unique flavors

Your mouth will water at the Miel de Palma House, in the village of Alojera. Discovering the elaboration process of this typical delicacy of Gomeran cuisine has never been so interactive and, through a tour of its facilities, you will be able to learn each of the steps involved in its production. An activity that you can enjoy with your family and in which the little ones can learn about these traditional works that are part of the culture of the island while having fun.

The Miel de Palma House can be visited from Wednesday to Saturday, from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm, and offers the possibility of guided tours that include the tasting of different typical products such as guarapo or palm honey itself.

Sustainability

- Do not take photos using the flash. They could damage items of artistic and cultural value.
- Use the waste- paper baskets and, insofar as possible, separate and place your recycling waste in the appropriate containers. Do not eat inside exhibition rooms.
- Try to be careful with your rucksack or bag and make sure you do not hit anything when you move.
- Try to be silent or speak quietly so that you do not bother other visitors.
