La Gomera

La Caleta Beach is located 10 minutes from the Hermigua Valley and is one of the best beaches in the north of La Gomera. It is a sheltered cove of black sand some 200 metres in length, presided over by a rocky outcrop and with views of the coastline and Mount Teide.

It is a beach frequented by families in the summer season, quiet and ideal for children, a peaceful place to sunbathe, have a swim, read or serve as a beginning or end point for the footpaths that run close by.

Use the facilities responsibly, following the centre guidelines.
Use the waste-paper baskets and, insofar as possible, separate and place your recycling waste in the appropriate containers. Do not throw cigarettes butts on the ground.
Respect and look after the different items of public furniture (information panels, railings, seats, lighting, etc.).
