Tapa Route

Hermigua celebrates the Tapa Route, a gastronomic initiative that combines tradition, flavor, and sustainability as part of the Dinamiza Rural program. Over several days, local establishments offer tapas made with regional products, paired with wine from the La Gomera Protected Designation of Origin (DOP).
