"Leisure and Health" 2025 arrives in Valle Gran Rey as an intergenerational event that promotes well-being, culture, and prevention through a participatory approach. Throughout the day, the Varadero area of the Vueltas Pier hosts healthy living workshops, debates, exhibitions, sports activities, forum theatre, musical performances, yoga sessions, and healthy gastronomy. The event champions an alternative form of leisure focused on physical, emotional, and social health, especially among young people.
