Leisure and Health

"Leisure and Health" is an initiative by the Cabildo of La Gomera that travels through the island’s municipalities with an alternative leisure proposal focused on promoting healthy lifestyle habits and preventing addictions. Through a diverse program that includes workshops, recreational activities, talks, art, and performances, this initiative creates inclusive spaces for all ages, fostering community engagement, well-being, and active participation.
