The Insular Auditorium presents" DesTierra", a creation by Burka Teatro that blends music, dance, theatre, and animation to recreate the period of exile Miguel de Unamuno experienced in Fuerteventura in 1924. Inspired by works such as From Fuerteventura to Paris, Exile, and Saint Manuel the Good, Martyr, the piece imagines a dialogue between the writer and a local woman who accompanies him as he discovers an island that profoundly transforms his perspective.
